Dow Down 5 Days In A Row; Headed For 6?

For those interested, below we highlight prior 5-day losing streaks for the Dow since 2000 along with how the index performed on the 6th day.  Futures are pointed lower today, so it's looking like we're in store for six consecutive down days, but since 2000, the index has gone higher on day six 57% of the time for a median change of 0.26%.  Since 1900, the Dow has now had 362 5-day losing streaks, and it has reversed and gone higher on day six 55% of the time.
