US government is now a major AIG shareholder (80% stake). Am I living in France or Russia? This is nuts!

Will the government allow to short AIG now? I do not think so. Cox will be forced to do something dramatic about out of control hedge funds bear raids.

Not every company under the AIG umbrella performed badly. There's actually an opportunity for the government to come out okay, if not good on this one. Sort of like a capitalist in socialists clothing.
