While investors may be "looking" for dividend stocks, they still are not be buying. As measured by the ETF, Dividend Index Fund, DVY, its outperformance vs. the S&P 500 peaked in March.


I did similar research, but this time, used the 1960 to 2007 timeframe to determine the historical S&P 500 PE Ratio and Dividend Yield.
