The fourth quarter trend of Tech outperforming Financials has been completely flipped on its head in the first week of 2010. The charts below highlight the relative strength of the Financial and Technology sectors versus the S&P 500. Now, Financials are leading the pack as stocks like Goldman Sachs (GS) escape the 'Whitney Effect', while names like Google (GOOG) can't seem to get out of their own way.
