S&P Breaking News on FNM and FRE

After running through the numbers on their abacus, S&P just announced that they have put FNM and FRE on credit watch "Negative" and may downgrade the credit of these two companies in the future.  Where have these guys been?

This is over the sub debt and preferred... Moody's downgraded the preferred on 7/15.

Downgrading the AA- rated sub debt would be noteworthy; that would be something Moody's and Fitch haven't done.
