Citigroup (C) - Worst Decline Ever?

Down another 4% today, Citigroup is now 61.3% below its 52-week high reached in May 2007.  As shown below, this is the furthest Citi has traded below its 52-week high since at least 1986.  Many investors are likely familiar with prior troubles at Citi in 1990, 1998 and 2002.  But based on distance from its 52-week high, this decline takes the cake.
