United States Underperforming...Again

While some would argue that the S&P 500 has gotten ahead of itself with a 7.5% year to date return, a look at global equity market performance shows that once again, the US has been lagging the rest of the world.  Of the 23 countries listed below, only four (Russia, Japan, Hong Kong, and Switzerland) have underperformed the US.
